Employment
TURN Community Services provides an array of services to assist persons with disabilities in the community.  Programs include community supported living, family support, day training and supported employment, residential services and respite.  TURN has program sites located in Beaver, Sevier, Garfield, Washington, Kane, Iron, Salt Lake, Davis and Weber Counties.

Openings:
TURN currently has several openings for instructors in residential and day training/supported employment programs for persons with developmental disabilities, Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Cerebral Palsy (CP).  Personal funds management, self-reliance, responsibility and individual choice are the focus of these programs.

Schedules
Part to full time schedules are available: day training and supported employment programs operate daytime weekdays; residential schedules generally require evenings and part of the weekend and some graveyard and/or split shifts are available. Most positions are year-round, but some summer work is available.

Training
Extensive paid training is provided for all employees, both initially and on an ongoing basis. Entry level wage is $8.00 an hour.  

Hourly Employees
After six months at a regular schedule of 30 or more hours per week, employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and 401(k) benefits; Life and Disability coverage are provided to eligible employees at no cost to them at that time.  After 1 year, annual leave and 401(k) match are available.  Program Assistants, hourly office staff, and facilities team receive paid holidays after 1 year.  

Exempt employees
After 3 months full time, employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Life/Disability Insurance and annual leave; holidays are available immediately upon hire. 401(k) benefits remain the same as above.
