Programs are designed to meet the needs of people living in local communities with available resources.  Not all services are available in every community.

Professional Support Staff.
Employees pass training in CPR/First Aide, Food Handlers Permit and SOAR.  Professional training includes Disability Awareness, Natural Supports, Respect, Recreation, Medications, Grief and Loss, Relationship Training, Person-Centered Planning, Teaching Methods and Behavior Supports

Service level
Our goal is to maximize independence. Time spent in service is matched with a required level of care. This varies (ie: a few hours a week for someone in an apartment and working), to (ie: 24 hours a day  for someone with inclusive needs).
