Remembering Angie Quiroz

Angie was born January 8, 1987 in Barranquilla, Colombia. She grew into a strong, fierce, loyal, enthusiastic, and generous woman. She had sound wisdom, candor, and charm. She had a genuine smile, exuberant laughter, and pure love and radiance. Angie had a love of life, good food, parties, connecting with friends and family, dancing, and flirting with all the dashing men.

Angie started with TURN in 2012 in Provo day programs. In the spring of 2014, Angie moved up to Salt Lake. Angie worked three days a week on TURN’S cleaning crew at the Artspace Commons, Bridge, and the Rubber Company buildings. Angie was also a good advocate for people with disabilities.

Angie was a wonderful, positive person and TURN was lucky to support her; she brought excitement and laughter to our agency. There will be a dance party in honor of Angie on March 24, 2018 from 6 to 10 PM at 4366 S 1500 E.
