Everest Grand Opening

TURN celebrated the opening of a new day program in American Fork Wednesday.

Visitors to the open house toured the facility and met and talked with the amazing clients who spend their days there. Luncheon was served, and guests could enjoy music and line dancing in the activity rooms.

At noon, Ms. Inspiration Tiera Cowden and Mr. Inspiration Sam Eliason cut the ribbon to officially open Everest, alongside local leaders and royalty.

The Everest Arts and Learning Center will serve as a daily gathering place for people with developmental disabilities to learn new skills, socialize and create together. Everest and its staff will empower people with disabilities to grow and deepen their sense of identity through art, adventure and learning activities.
